OLD FORGE, N.Y. – Old Forge NY is celebrating the unofficial start of summer with a Memorial Day weekend full of family-friendly activities and things to do.

Friday Night Festivities
Wine and Cheese Welcome in the Great Room from 5:30 to 7 pm.
Outdoor movie viewing from 9:15 to 11 pm, weather permitting. If the skies have other plans, we’ll bring the cinematic magic indoors.

Splashing Saturday
Pool Party from 3 to 6 pm. We will have festive decorations, a tasty Hot Dog Bar & Chips, refreshing non-alcoholic beverages, upbeat music, and a variety of lawn games for entertainment.
Outdoor Campfire from 7 to 10 pm. Share stories, laugh, and make your own smores (smore packets available for purchase at the store).

Sunny Sunday
Pool Party from 3 to 6 pm. Savor our walk-away Tacos, stay cool with non-alcoholic beverages, and enjoy the good vibes with more music and lawn games.
Conclude the evening with another round of campfire camaraderie from 7 to 10 pm, complete with smores to sweeten the memories.

Calypso’s Cove Family Fun Park, right next door to Water Safari, will be open for the weekend. Attractions include go-karts, kiddie go-karts, bumper boats, mini golf, the largest arcade in the Adirondacks with over 40 games, and family-friendly food featuring pizza and wings.  Learn more at CalypsosCove.com.

Camping is a popular Adirondack Memorial Day tradition at the Old Forge Camping Resort. Choose from Cottages, Cabins, RV or Tent Sites. Those with military ID can save an additional 10% off.
