Do you have parking for snowmobile trailers?

Yes, parking for snowmobile trailers is available directly across the street in the Enchanted Forest Water Safari parking lot. Plate numbers for both trailers and vehicles will be required.

Do you offer weekly or seasonal rates?

Water’s Edge Inn does not offer weekly or seasonal rates on our regular rooms or suites. However, we do offer vacation house rentals, located directly on the Town of Webb Snowmobile Trail System. For more information, give us a call at 315-369-2484.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. We require your license plate and vehicle information at the time of check-in.

How far is Calypso’s Cove from the hotel?

Calypso’s Cove Family Fun Park is located directly across the street from us. They are open daily, mid-June through Labor Day and offer a variety of attractions, as well as a state-of-the-art arcade and snack bar. See all of what Calypso’s Cove has to offer here.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. There will be a charge of an additional night’s stay for any guest checking out later.

Do you offer continental breakfast?

Yes, we offer a hot continental breakfast which includes assorted juices and coffee, tea, and decaf with flavored creamers. Hot and cold cereals, fresh baked muffins, English muffins and bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, home fries and a rotation of scrambled eggs/waffle sticks/French toast sticks with syrup.

Is swimming allowed off the docks?

No, we do not have a beach and we do not recommend swimming from our docks due to the tour boat traffic. There is a municipal beach just a short walk from us.

Do you allow pets in your hotel?

As much as we love animals, in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. Anyone discovered with an animal in their room will be charged a $150 cleaning surcharge. We would be glad to help you find other accommodations for your pets.
