In our desire to be fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our employees, we have adopted the following policies at our hotel: Reservation Policy Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests 12 years and older are an additional $10/night. There is a maximum of 5 guests per room, except for the Fulton Chain Two Bedroom Suites and the Mountain View Two Bedroom Suite which each allow 6 guests. Two-night minimum required over holidays and special events. Off season pricing not valid for Holiday & Event weekends. You must be 21 or older to make a reservation; there must also be a registered guest of 21 in the room. Reservations may be made year-round and up to one year in advance. Please be advised rates are subject to change without notice and new rates will be reflected in your balance due upon check-in. All reservations require a deposit of the first night's stay. Vacation House rentals require the full stay as a deposit. We accept MasterCard, Discover, and Visa or you may mail a money order. Sorry, we do not accept Personal Checks or American Express. We are a 100% smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of the building. Smoking is prohibited on all balconies. Smoking areas are provided outside; please inquire at the Front Desk. Credit Cards will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Please present all coupons or discounts upon check-in. The pool and sauna are open daily 9:00am-9:oopm (subject to change with the seasons). There is no lifeguard on duty. All children under 16 must have an adult present. The hotel is not responsible for theft or loss. Any hotel item missing from the room at check-out will be billed to the credit card on file. We are sorry for the inconvenience however, pets of any kind are not allowed. Anyone discovered with an animal in their room will be charged $150 cleaning surcharge. Cancellation Policy FOR ROOMS & SUITES:Five (5) days advance notice is required for changes or cancellations to a reservation (not including the day of arrival) for a refund of your deposit, less a $5 cancellation fee. FOR VACATION HOUSE RENTALS: Seven Days (7days) advance notice (Not including the day of arrival).
