8 am - 10pm in the Summer Season 
8 am -  9pm in the Fall, Winter & Spring

Reservation Policy

• Reservations may be made year-round and up to one year in advance.
• All Holiday weeks, weekends and special events require a 2-night minimum and may be subject to highest rates available.
• All reservations require a deposit.  The deposit is the base rate of your first night's stay.  We accept MasterCard, Discover and Visa or you may mail a money order.  Money orders must be received within 10 days of making the reservation.  Sorry, we do not accept Personal Checks or American Express. 
• Credit Cards will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
• Rates are based on 2 people.  Kids 12 and under stay for Free!  Adults 13 years of age and older are an additional $10/night.
• NYS Fire Code prohibits more than 5 people per room.
• Please present all coupons or discounts upon check-in.

• All reservations require at least 5 days notice prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $5 cancellation fee  (Not including day of reservation).  Any cancellation made within 5 days of arrival, not including day of arrival, will forfeit deposit.  All cancellations must be made by 3:00pm.  Cancellations must be made by phone for proper account verification.  Email or voice mails will not be accepted.
• Enchanted Forest/Water Safari tickets are non-refundable.
